At Pelleteri Chiropractic, we understand that you may have questions about our services, parking, and how to get started with your chiropractic care. Here are some common inquiries to help you navigate your visit with ease.


  • Do you take insurance?

    We do not accept insurance. However, we gladly accept HAS Debit Cards (Health Savings Account) and FSA Debit Cards (Flexible Spending Account) payments. In many cases, especially with high-deductible insurance plans, our patients find it more affordable to pay directly for chiropractic care.

  • Where do I park?

    Parking is free in the lot behind the post office parking lot. It is right next to our building off Main Street.

  • How do I find your office?

    We are at 209 Main Street, Suite 303, Saco. Come in the front door of the building, take the elevator to the 3rd floor and the office is right across from the elevator.

  • How do I book an appointment?

    You can call the office or you can use the online booking app.

  • Do you treat orthopedic conditions?

    Yes, we treat all orthopedic conditions, including common ones like migraines and headaches, carpal tunnel, golfer/tennis elbow, arthritis, Ehlers-Danlos, tendinitis, etc. 

  • Do you treat atheletes, conditioning?

    Yes, we work with athletes. We have Chiropractic Rehab sessions available to address pain and stiffness and help get to the root cause with specific at-home exercises and stretches. 

  • Do you work on knee injuries?

    To an extent. I am able to work on them, but am able to diagnose if more help is needed (physical therapy or orthopedist).
